The Rotary Fellowship for Empowering Women (RFEW) USA Chapter is a vibrant network of women leaders, Rotarians, and community advocates dedicated to creating a world where women thrive, lead, and transform communities.

Our mission is to recognize, empower, and unite women to drive sustainable, impactful change through Rotary service, leadership development, economic empowerment, education, and health initiatives. We foster fellowship, mentorship, and collaboration among women committed to advancing gender equality and creating lasting positive change in local and global communities.

Through signature programs like Women of Impact Awards, health and wellness initiatives, economic empowerment projects, and education and leadership mentorships, RFEW USA members work together to inspire action, uplift others, and make a meaningful difference worldwide.
